PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since the pulse waveform to control a power conversion circuit during PHM control becomes aperiodic, there occurs a section in which two phases equivalent phase current information cannot be obtained from a DC busbar current, making it difficult to reproduce currents, and that when DC busbar current detection is performed at certain intervals during PHM control, there occurs a section in which specific phase current information cannot be obtained successively, making it difficult to reproduce currents.SOLUTION: A power conversion device designed to detect an AC current flowing in a motor comprises: a first pulse control circuit which outputs aperiodic pulse; a power conversion circuit which converts DC power to AC power or converts AC power to DC power by using the aperiodic pulse; a DC busbar current detection circuit which detects a DC busbar current in the power conversion circuit; and a control circuit which samples the DC busbar current detected by the DC busbar current detection circuit on the basis of the aperiodic pulse to exert vector control and produces a directive current for the pulse control circuit. |
