PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which enables the shared use of electromagnetic waves in a plurality of frequency bands, and which can radiate the electromagnetic waves in the plurality of frequency bands in almost the same direction.SOLUTION: An antenna device includes: an antenna radiation element that radiates electromagnetic waves in a plurality of frequency bands; a reflector that reflects the electromagnetic waves in the first frequency band of the plurality of frequency bands; and a metamaterial that is arranged parallel to a plate surface of the reflector. The metamaterial has lens characteristics in a direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the reflector.
