摘要 本发明系提供一种750N定荷重反复压缩残留应变为15%以下,750N定荷重反复压缩后之40%硬度保持率具有55%以上之反复压缩特性优异之网状构造物。;网状构造物系使由热塑性弹性物所组成之连续线状体弯曲形成不规则圈环,并使各个圈环相互以熔融状态接触而成之三维不规则圈环接合构造物,该网状构造物之视密度为0.01g/cm 3 以上0.20g/cm 3 以下,750N定荷重反复压缩残留应变为15%以下,750N定荷重反复压缩后之40%压缩时硬度保持率为55%以上,该连续线状体之纤维径为0.1mm以上3.0mm以下,该网状构造物的表层部之纤维径为内层部之纤维径之1.05倍以上,该热塑性弹性物为选自由聚酯系热塑性弹性物、聚烯烃系热塑性弹性物及乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物所成群组的至少1种。;The reticular structure with an appearance density of 0.01g/cm 3 ~0.20g/cm 3 , wherein the 750N constant load repeated-compression residual strain being equal to or below 15%, and the 40% compression hardness retention rate after 750N constant load repeated-compression being equal to or more than 55%, is a three dimension random loops joined structure that winding a successive linear body of thermoplastic elastomer to form random loops, and the respective loop was in contact with each other in melting state.
