Published are a human-computer interactive device of a CT machine and a CT machine. The human-computer interactive device includes a control information setting module which receives set control information and a wireless communication interface which is electrically connected to the control information setting module and transmits the control information to a frame control device by a wireless communication method. The technical idea of the present invention can improve the efficiency and flexibility of human-computer interaction.
