PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of facilitating construction of an application, service and system using peer-to-peer communication.SOLUTION: A communication apparatus that executes peer-to-peer communication by use of WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) via a STUN server managed by a network provider, a TURN server, and an authentication server includes: an authentication function of managing an authentication key issued by the authentication server which has been allowed to access the STUN server and the TURN server; and an ICE function of acquiring an IP address for the peer-to-peer communication by executing ICE (Interactive Connectivity Establishment) for passing through an NAT/FW (Network Address Translation/Firewall) mounted on the WebRTC.
