PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of performing power generation without using hydrogen gas and improved in practicability.SOLUTION: A fuel cell according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: an anode including a dehydrogenation catalyst; a cathode including a catalyst reducing oxygen in gas; and a proton conductor disposed between the anode and the cathode. The proton conductor has a perovskite crystal structure represented by compositional formula: ABB'O, where A represents at least one selected from group 2 elements, B represents at least one selected from group 4 elements and Ce, B' represents a group 3 element, a group 13 element or a lanthanoid element, 0.5<a≤1.0, 0.0≤x≤0.5 and 0.0≤δ<3 are satisfied, and electrical charges in the compositional formula deviate from electrical neutrality in a range of -0.13 or more and less than +0.14. |
