<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable use of a large number of identification codes without causing data loss as in the case of a magnetic card, without requiring such a complicated reader as to read a key shape or causing instability of communication with the reader as in the case of an IC chip.SOLUTION: In an identification code recording medium (2) in which an identification code represented by binary data is recorded, at least one common contact (6) is formed on a surface of a recording carrier (5) capable of being inserted into an insertion opening (4) formed in a reader (3) for reading the identification code, and a plurality of identification points (7) different in conduction state from the common contact (6) are arrayed and formed in such a manner as to correspond to "0" and "1" of the binary data.</p> |
