A thrust rod ball joint assembly, assembly tool and assembly method thereof. The thrust rod ball joint assembly comprises a thrust rod ball hinge (1) and a thrust rod ball joint, the thrust rod ball joint comprising a thrust rod ball joint body (2) and flange structures (3) disposed on the two ends of the thrust rod ball joint body (2), the flange structures (3) being integrally formed with the thrust rod ball joint body (2); the flange structures (3) disposed on the two ends of the thrust rod ball joint body (2) cooperate with the thrust rod ball hinge (1) to limit the thrust rod ball hinge (1) in the thrust rod ball joint. The flange structures (3) disposed on the two ends of the thrust rod ball joint and integrated with the thrust rod ball joint catch the thrust rod ball hinge (1) to limit the thrust rod ball hinge (1) in the thrust rod ball joint. The thrust rod ball joint assembly has a simple structure and is maintenance free, thus reducing the production cost of the thrust rod ball joint assembly, and satisfies the lightweight requirement. The operation of assembling the thrust rod ball joint assembly utilizing the assembly tool and assembly method is simple and convenient, reducing assembly time and improving assembly efficiency.
