The present invention relates to a heat shrinkable polyester film with low density, which is used in a sleeve label of a plastic bottle and, more specifically, a heat shrinkable polyester film with low density, having outstanding recycling performance of a plastic bottle because the label can be separated from the plastic bottle in the water with use of the difference of specific gravity. The heat shrinkable polyester film with low density includes a cross-linking hollow type organic particle, and the specific gravity of the polyester film is less than 1.0 g/cm^3.
