FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: key joint includes the male and female parts, key installed in slots of the connected parts, made as key slots in form of double-convex lens, protecting bushing fixed on the male part. In slots of the connected shafts, in plane perpendicular to axis two transverse keys are installed diametrically opposite, as key slots they are made with radius equal to radius of outside diameter of the female shaft, at that width of key and slots is equal.EFFECT: structure is reliable in operation, workable during manufacturing, has low labour intensity of manufacturing, has possibility of transfer of both torque and axial load.2 dwg |
