<p>The present invention relates to a waste wire melting pyrolysis device and method thereof. The waste wire melting pyrolysis device is made of: a melting pyrolysis unit which includes a pyrolysis path wherein a waste wire is inputted and stored in the inner side, melts synthetic resins included in the waste wire into a liquid state and discharges and collects the same while the internal temperature is firstly heated to a constant temperature by a heating medium fluid which is circulated through a heating medium fluid circulating pipe installed along the inner circumference surface of the pyrolysis path, and melts and pyrolyzes the residual synthetic resins of the waste wire and discharges the residual synthetic resins through a gas transport pipe as a gas state because the internal temperature is secondly heated to additionally rise by a plurality of induction heaters installed on the pyrolysis path; a gas condensation unit to condense pyrolysis gas transported through the gas transport pipe by the step according to molecular weight and collect the pyrolysis gas as a petroleum compound because a plurality of condensers is connected and installed on the gas transport pipe from the pyrolysis path; a vacuum pump to continuously depressurize the inner side of the pyrolysis path by being connected to the gas transport pipe, prevent a combustion reaction in the heating process by removing oxygen inside the pyrolysis path, and deliver the pyrolysis gas generated in the pyrolysis path to a neutralization processing unit through the condenser of the gas condensation unit; and the neutralization processing unit to collect and store residual gas contents after removing chlorine contents by neutralizing the pyrolysis gas from the vacuum pump.</p> |
