PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a pile manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A pile includes a tip member having a columnar body part, and a rod-like member that extends in an axial direction of the body part from a part near the center of an axial rear end side surface of the body part. A cross-sectional area of the rod-like member in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction is set smaller than a cross-sectional area of the body part in the direction. Thus, the amount of material used for the whole pile can be reduced. Additionally, since the tip member has the columnar body part, a frictional resistance force can be exerted on a peripheral surface thereof. |
