The present application relates to a cured product and use thereof. A cured product, when applied to an optical semiconductor such as an LED, etc., can for example provide a device which, even when used for a long time, has minimal decrease in luminance and excellent crack resistance and thus has excellent long-term reliability. A cured product has excellent processability, workability, adhesiveness and the like, and does not induce stickiness on a surface, turbidity and the like. Moreover, a cured product has excellent high-temperature heat resistance, gas barrier properties and the like. A cured product, for example, can be applied as a sealant or an adhesive material for a semiconductor device. |
