The present invention relates to a material bending device, which comprises: a clamp unit (100) selectively fixating a material (R), and holding or releasing the material (R) when bending the material (R); first and second holding units (140, 142) installed in both sides of the clamp unit (100) to pressurize an upper and a lower surface of the material (R) and transfer the material (R); and left and right transfer unit (200) combined with a side of the first and the second holding units (140, 142), transferring the first and the second holding units (140, 142) left and right. According to the present invention, the first and second holding units are installed in both sides of the clamp unit holding the material to pressurize and pull both side parts of the material in the left and right directions, thus the material automatically forming into a ring shape. As such, the material is formed by controlling a pressure of a first and a second bending roller towards the material without manufacturing a specialized mold for the material; thereby improving work productivity and saving costs for formation. Moreover, a left and right rotational guide member is able to move a second moving bracket left and right using a left and a right movement force of a first moving bracket moving the first holding unit; thus, since the first and second brackets are moved to the left and right sides of the first and second holding units by one left and right transfer cylinder without the addition of an extra left and right transfer cylinder, productivity is improved and production costs reduced.
