<p>This invention is a boot/shoe topper/protector to be used as a preventative shield and/or decorative component for everyone wearing any type of footwear. It should be worn under or over the pant leg and above the ankle, over socks and draped over the edge of the footwear. It comprises of approximately one piece of fabric that is weatherproof and resilient to the elements and/or to decorate the footwear. The size will depend on its purpose and wearer, for work or decorative purposes and size of the footwear. It is in the style of a skirt, held together by an elastic band, Velcro, snaps or other attachment methods to hold on the leg and then covering down over the opening of the footwear. It will be useful on job sites for protection against the elements, debris, ect. The decorative ones will be used for style and decorative purposes.</p> |
