PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication method, radio communication system, and communication device capable of suppressing adverse effect caused by a noise having periodicity and improving transmission efficiency.SOLUTION: A communication device 1: creates a communication frame comprising a first sub frame corresponding to a noise suspension period and a second sub frame corresponding to a noise generation period; preferentially stores a piece of transmission data having high priority of a plurality of pieces of transmission data to be transmitted using the same communication frame, in the first sub frame; and stores a piece of transmission data incapable of being stored in the first sub frame of the plurality of pieces of transmission data to be transmitted using the same communication frame, in the second sub frame.
