<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain device capable of sufficiently discharging liquid from an inside of an intake passage in operation of an engine with a single valve element.SOLUTION: A drain device includes a valve element 17 sliding along an inner wall of a valve chamber 16 provided in a drain passage 14 and defining a space 20 in the inside of the valve chamber 16. The valve element 17 closes communication between an oil pan side of the valve chamber 16 in the drain passage 14 with the space 20 when the valve element 17 is slid to a position in which the space 20 is communicated with an intake passage side of the valve chamber 16 in the drain passage 14, and closes communication between the intake passage side of the valve chamber 16 in the drain passage 14 with the space 20 when the valve element 17 is slid to a position in which the space 20 is communicated with the oil pan side of the valve chamber 16 in the drain passage 14.</p> |
