PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device that reduces damage to equipment-to-be-packed during physical distribution and that enables a packing exterior box to be easily attached to the equipment-to-be-packed.SOLUTION: A packing device includes: a packing top cover 5 for covering a top part including a top surface of rectangular parallelepiped equipment-to-be-packed 16; a packing fixation base 2 for loading and fixing the equipment-to-be-packed 16; a cylindrical packing exterior box 3 which is arranged between the packing top cover 5 and the packing fixation base 2, which comprises a tetrahedron facing side surfaces of the equipment-to-be-packed 16, respectively, and which has an opening 7 on any one of four sides; and a side surface member 4 which is fitted into the opening 7 and which is brought into contact with the side surface of the equipment-to-be-packed 16 and the inside of the packing exterior box 3. |
