<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration element which improves vibration characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration element includes: a flat plate like piezoelectric substrate 21; excitation electrodes 22a and 22b respectively provided on a lower surface and an upper surface of the piezoelectric substrate 21; terminal electrodes 23a and 23b electrically connecting with the excitation electrodes 22a and 22b respectively provided on the lower surface and the upper surface of the piezoelectric substrate 21 and provided on the lower surface and the upper surface of the piezoelectric substrate 21; and fixation land parts 60 that are provided on the piezoelectric substrate 21 and are not electrically connected with the excitation electrodes 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
