PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room unit for a person receiving care to be able to use efficiently each equipment installed in both one space and the other space without bypassing the one space or the other space. SOLUTION: This room unit comprises a unit main body 1 having a room space 14 divided, by a wall panel erected on the unit body, into one space 14a and the other space 14b with different applications, a partition member 15 installed slidably on the unit body 1 and dividing the room space 14, a floor panel 11 having one floor part 11a and the other floor part 11b positioned in one space 14a and the other space 14b, respectively, each equipment 2 disposed in one space 14a and the other space 14b, respectively, and an access part 34 disposed along a direction generally perpendicular to the sliding direction of the partition member 15 and leading to the room space 14. In addition, the access part 34 comprises one access part 34 and the other access part 34b leading to the one space 14a and the other space 14b, respectively. |
