<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated powder in which the dispersibility of the powder and the function which the powder has, and especially the affinity to a lipophilic liquid are excellent and the dispersibility or dispersion stability is excellent when surface treatment is performed to the powder for cosmetics, and which is applicable also to the powder of the field of cosmetics or others. <P>SOLUTION: The surface-treated powder includes: a powder which can be used for cosmetics; surface treating agent coated layers which are the following layer A and layer B formed on at least a part of the surface of the particle, wherein the layer A is covered on at least a part of the particle surface, furthermore the layer B is covered on the layer A. The layer A is a layer coated with an ordinary temperature solid-like surface treating agent containing a compound selected from fatty acids. The layer B is a layer coated with an ordinary temperature liquid-like surface treating agent containing a compound selected from a one side terminal functional group-modified organopolysiloxane, a one side terminal functional group-modified alkylsilane, and a branched fatty acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
