<p>Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a wall panel for a water tank which comprises: (a) a step of uncoiling a metal strip with a thickness of 0.2-0.6 mm from a strip drawing roller; (b) a step of heating the uncoiled metal strip at a temperature of 110-120°C; (c) a step of uncoiling a hot melt PE film having a thickness of 60-80μm from a film drawing roller; (d) a step of attaching the hot melt PE film on both sides of the heated metal strip by passing the uncoiled hot melt PE film through a first pressurizing roller; (e) a step of forming a plurality of resin injection holes passing through the hot melt PE film and the metal strip using a press die; (f) a step of applying PE melt resin at a temperature of 190-200°C on the hot melt PE film, and injecting the PE melt resin into the resin injecting holes; (g) a step of applying the PE melt resin to the hot melt PE film, injecting the PE melt resin into the resin injecting holes, passing the hot melt PE film through a forming roller to form a PE resin layer with a thickness of 2.0 mm on the hot melt PE film; (h) a step of uncoiling a PE non-woven fabric sheet with a thickness of 100-200μm from a non-woven fabric drawing roller; (i) a step of passing the uncoiled PE non-woven sheet through a second pressurizing roller to be attached to one surface of the PE resin layer; (j) a step of passing a wall panel sheet having the PE non-woven sheet attached thereto through a leveler to become flat; (k) a step of cooling the wall panel sheet; and (l) a step of manufacturing the wall panel by cutting the wall panel sheet.</p> |
