PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of effectively managing product of a conference, a program and a conference management system.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: reservation means for reserving a conference room by setting a starting time of a conference to be held in the conference room in association with conference room information indicating each conference room; storage means for storing a product file in which date and time information indicating date and time of preparation of record data recording the conference is added to the record data file name associated with the conference information on the conference room where the conference was held ; association means for associating the product file stored in the storage means with a corresponding conference on the basis of the conference information and the conference time set by the reservation means; and provision means for, when a certain conference is specified by an external device, providing the product file associated with the conference to the external device. |
