The disclosed flexible display device is a flexible display device of which a center surface can be folded with a preset curvature. The flexible display device includes: a plurality of panel layers which are successively stacked and includes a display panel layer of displaying an image and a transparent protection panel layer; and an adhesive layer which bonds the panel layers. The elastic coefficient and thickness of the panel layers and the adhesive layer are determined in order for the center surface to be located in a layer except the display panel layer.
