<p>Provided is a device of manufacturing renewable fuels, which forms heavily flammable wastes such as general or industrial waste into solid fuels whose volume is reduced at a high compression rate, through sintering and compressing processes, comprising: a frame; a screw case which is mounted on the frame and has a hopper for injecting dice and flammable waste into the front and rear ends; a screw which is hollow-shaped, and installed to move frontward and rearward freely within the screw case and rotate by a separate motor to transfer, sinter, and compress processed material; a heating unit which is installed to overlap the outward front surface of the main wall of the screw case, and implements sintering and heat-decomposing of processed material through electrical heating; an auxiliary unit which circulates heating medium, which has been heated within a screw by an additional auxiliary heating within the heater, to a portion adjacent to the front inner end of the screw through an extendingly installed supply pipe, and implements sintering and heat-decomposing of processed material which has been transferred by the screw; a molding unit which is installed continuously at a front portion of a dice, and compresses and molds processed material, through a roll forging method to form lumps with various sizes and discharge the lumps through a chute; a pusher which pushes, via a reciprocating motion, processed material injected by the hopper toward the screw by an actuator which is installed in the longitudinal and intersected directions within the hopper; and a support element which is tripod-shaped and fixes an end portion of the supply pipe within the screw. Accordingly, structural stability and accurate transfer of processed material can enable the acquisition of high-quality material through uniform compression and high densification.</p> |
