The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device which forms dummy pixels outside an OLED panel and improves the performance of preventing the penetration of moisture and hydrogen. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting device comprises: a plurality of pixels formed on a display area of the panel; an organic light emitting diode formed on the pixels on the display area; a pixel circuit and a storage capacitor formed on the pixels; a plurality of dummy pixels formed on a non-display area outside the display area; a pixel circuit and a storage capacitor formed on the dummy pixels; a plurality of signal lines formed on the display area and the non-display area to provide a driving signal to the light emitting diode; and an oxide semiconductor pattern formed on the non-display area.
