<p>The present invention discloses a mobile terminal and a control method thereof. According to the present invention, the mobile terminal includes: a first wireless communications module; a second wireless communications module; and a control unit which obtains content information from one or more other devices through a first communications channel formed by the first wireless communications module, forms a second communications channel by using the second wireless communications module and the other devices while maintaining the first communications channel, and obtains the content data from the second communications channel.
