Provided is a multi-layered sheet having excellent weather resistance, heat resistance and moisture resistance, and good inter-layer adhesiveness. Also provided are a solar cell back sheet, and a solar cell module. The multi-layered sheet comprises: a first resin layer formed from a resin composition containing a polycarbonate resin, polyamide resin, polyester resin, or modified polyphenylene ether resin; a second resin layer formed from a polyvinylidene fluoride resin composition; and an adhesive resin layer formed from a resin composition containing a polyester block copolymer having an aromatic polyester hard segment and a polyether and/or aliphatic polyester soft segment. The first and second resin layers are layered, with the adhesive resin layer interposed therebetween, by multi-layered coextrusion. |
