The present invention relates to a driver assistance apparatus and a vehicle including the same. The driver assistance apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a stereo camera; and a processor calculating an impact risk degree of a vehicle based on a stereo image received from the stereo camera, and generating an airbag driving control signal for driving airbag mounted on the outer part of the vehicle based on the calculated impact risk degreed of the vehicle. Accordingly, the airbag mounted on the outer part of the vehicle can be driven based on the taken image.
