<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing program, image processing method, and image processor capable of reducing the amount of image data to be transmitted. <P>SOLUTION: An identification part 1c identifies the background color of an image 2 being a transmission object. A detection part 1d detects multiple adjacent pixels having colors different from the identified background color. A color integration part 1e integrates the colors of the pixels being different in color among the detected adjacent respective pixels.
