PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dispersion of harmful matters and allow handling of an object 52 under an aseptic environment. ! SOLUTION: An asepsis isolator comprises: an isolator body 2 allowing an operator 4 to perform operation via a wear tool such as a glove 6 from the outside; and pressure adjustment means 18 for adjusting pressure in the isolator body 2 by air supply means 20 and air exhaust means 22, and an asepsis operation is performed therein in a state where the inside of the isolator body 2 is maintained at positive pressure. The inside of the isolator body 2 has an operation space 94 defined by an operation hood 92, and is provided with suction means 104 for sucking the inside of the operation space 94 via a communication pipe 98. In a state where the suction means 104 is actuated, the inside of the isolator body 2 is maintained at the positive pressure by the pressure adjustment means 18, and the operation is performed inside the operation hood 92. !
