<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum interference device, an atomic oscillator, an electronic apparatus and a mobile body that can reduce an optical axis deviation caused by, for example, a distortion of a board, and can reduce an influence of external heat.SOLUTION: The quantum interference device of the present invention includes: a wiring board 5; a second unit 3 having a gas cell 31 filled with metal atoms; a first unit 2 having a light emission section 21 for emitting light including a resonance light pair for resonance with the metal atoms; and a support plate 7 having a plate shape, supporting the first unit and the second unit 3 on one surface side, and connected to the wiring board 5 on the other surface side. A second support part 72 of the support plate 7 supporting the second unit 3 has a portion spaced from the wiring board 5.</p> |
