Disclosed are a method and apparatus for selecting a parameter with high energy efficiency in a multi radio environment. The present invention includes the steps of: calculating the reward of a radio by selecting each action of the radio through Q-learning; calculating a value to estimate the reward with regard to each radio; and selecting and transmitting the radio with a large value to estimate the reward among a plurality of radios.
