<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for surely and properly transmitting information even when perception of an object person is limited.SOLUTION: The information transmission device for notifying an object person of information is configured so that: detection means detects limited perception of the object person (S303); selection means selects notification means for notifying information via perception of the object person which is not limited, according to a detection result of the detection means (S304); and control means controls so as to notify the object person of information by the notification means selected by the selection means (S305).</p> |
