PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a more accurate electricity rate according to a use state of a device used by a user.SOLUTION: An electricity rate information output device includes an output unit, a measurement unit, a derivation unit, a recording unit, and a determination unit. The output unit outputs electricity rate information relating to an electricity rate to a user. The measurement unit measures the intensity of higher harmonics after the output of the electricity rate information to the user, in a power system managed by the user. The derivation unit derives a power consumption after the output of the electricity rate information to the user, in the power system. The recording unit records correlation information indicative of relationship among the electricity rate information, the intensity of higher harmonics, and the power consumption. The determination unit determines new electricity rate information which the output unit should output, from the intensity of higher harmonics and a reduction target value of power consumption on the basis of past correlation information. |
