PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment composition capable of exerting excellent performances in dispersibility, fluidity, storage stability and brightness, not only for a use with a comparatively larger pigment particle size such as for a coating material, an off-set ink and a gravure ink, but also with a finer pigment size such as for an inkjet ink and a color filter ink, and to provide a color filter using the composition. ! SOLUTION: A pigment composition includes: a pigment; a resin type dispersant (A) having a phosphate group, a sulfate group or a sulfonic group; and a vinyl resin type dispersant (B) having a hindered amine skeleton. !
