PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser system for an ophthalmic operation that has improved a depth range of laser focus.SOLUTION: A laser delivery system 1 includes: a laser source 100 for generating a pulse laser beam; an XY scanner 300 for receiving the pulse laser beam and emitting an XY scan beam scanned in two directions traversing a Z-axis; a Z scanner 450 for receiving the XY scan beam and emitting an XYZ scan beam additionally scanned in a direction along the Z-axis. The Z scanner 450 includes a first lens group 400 for outputting a beam having an intermediate focus plane, a movable lens group 500 for receiving the beam through the intermediate focus plane, and collimating the beam in a variable format, and an objective lens 700 for receiving the collimated beam from the Z scanner, and condensing the focal point of the beam on the focal point of a target area. |
