The present invention provides a hybrid wave-current power system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, power generation is made through the use of waves or currents, and the present invention is installed in coastal waters. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hybrid wave-current power system comprises: a base part fixed on the ocean floor in multiple numbers facing each other at certain intervals and having a guide part along the height; a connecting part which is installed in a way to vertically slide on the based part; a buoy means which is coupled to the upper end of the connecting part and receives energy from waves or currents to vertically move; and a generating part which is installed in the base part and generates electricity by the movement of the connecting part, wherein the connecting part includes a jointing flange projected toward the connecting part from both ends of the buoy means, a jointing hole formed on the upper part of the connecting part, and a fixing bolt which connects the jointing flange with the jointing hole.
