PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the output characteristics of a piezoelectric transformer. ! SOLUTION: A substrate 30 is housed in an insulative housing 20. A filler 6 fills a space between the housing 20 and the substrate 30. A metal body 10 having ground potential is disposed on an inner surface of the housing 20. An electronic component EC including a piezoelectric transformer is mounted on the substrate 30 and further a wiring pattern 40 connected with an output end of the piezoelectric transformer is formed. A protruding part 51, which protrudes toward the wiring pattern 40 at the inner side of the housing 20, is provided in a position of the housing 20 which faces the wiring pattern 40, and a facing electrode 52 is formed on the protruding part 51 as a part of the metal body 10. !
