SOLUTION: In a propeller type fan motor (excluding a tower type fan motor of a Sirocco fan system), since a remote controller 8 is installed at a fan motor top part (having a height equal to or more than a propeller guard top part and a propeller cover top part above an electric motor cover 3) in an operable manner with a holder 9 separately from the fan motor, operability and perceptibility can be enhanced.
