<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting method of an interphase insulation paper capable of very easily and efficiently performing a fitting operation to a stator core, and the interphase insulation paper. <P>SOLUTION: An interphase insulation paper 4 comprises: a pair of insulation plate parts 5 which are interposed between phases of coil ends of a stator core; and a connection leg part 6 which extends between the insulation plate parts 5 to connect the insulation plate parts 5 to each other, and is inserted into a slot formed in the stator core. A fitting method of an interphase insulation paper comprises: a connection leg part compression process in which, when a width dimension of the connection leg part 6 is larger a width dimension of a slot opening, both end edges 6a and 6b of the connection leg part 6 are deformed to get close to each other to compress the width dimension between both end edges 6a and 6b; and a connection leg part insertion process in which the connection leg part 6 is inserted from the slot opening into the slot inside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
