PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidification agent used for the treatment of a solid heavy metal contaminated material such as smoke and dust, burned ash, and contaminated soil comprising heavy metal components.SOLUTION: A solidification agent comprises components (A), (B) and (C) at the following rates: (A) paper sludge ash of 40-70 wt.%; (B) volcanic ash white clay of 1-35 wt.%; and (C) a cement solidification material or gypsum solidification material of 25-60 wt.% (where, the total of components (A), (B) and (C) is 100 wt.%). |
