According to an embodiment of the present invention, an LED driving device includes: a rectification unit which rectifies an AC voltage to generate a first voltage; a converter unit which generates a second voltage from the first voltage to drive multiple LEDs; a variable impedance unit which is connected to the input end of the rectification unit; and a control unit which adjusts the impedance of the variable impedance unit based on either or both of the first and second voltages.
