The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a dish spring and an apparatus for manufacturing designed in a way to produce a dish spring using materials whose hardness doesn′t increase due to heat treatment. According to the dish spring manufacturing method following the invention, a disk (1) goes through hardening process and its hardness is increased by pressurizing a disk (1) using an upper and lower side metal molding. Therefore, it has the benefit of manufacturing dish spring using materials whose hardness cannot be increased using heat treatment. The apparatus includes a lower side metal molding (10) in whose upper side a lower side shaping part (11) is formed; an upper side metal mold (20) in whose lower side an upper side shaping part (21) is formed to correspond to the lower side shaping part (11); a lifting operation method (30) to lift an upper side metal molding (20) connected to the lower side metal molding (10) or the upper side metal molding (20). The invention has a merit for a disk to go through a hardening process by pressurizing the disk (1) effectively. |
