Provided are a solar cell system and solar cell module which are capable of causing more light which has passed through a solar cell module from the light-receiving-surface side thereof to be incident again on the rear-surface side of the solar cell module. A solar cell system (1) for positioning a solar cell module (10) at an angle in relation to the horizontal plane, by positioning one end (11) of a double-sided light-receiving solar cell module (10) as the top on which light is principally incident, and positioning the other end (12) thereof as the bottom, wherein: the solar cell module (10) is equipped with a solar cell panel (20) having a solar cell arrangement region (S) in which a plurality of solar cells (21) are arranged, and frames (13-16) for surrounding the outside of the solar cell panel (20); and the solar cell arrangement region (S) is formed in a manner such that a first distance (D1) between the solar cell arrangement region (S) and a frame (14) on the other end (12) of the solar cell module (10) is greater than a second distance (D2) between the solar cell arrangement region (S) and a frame (13) on the one end (11) of the solar cell module (10). |
