The present invention relates to a cultivation method of green vegetables by using a culture medium containing selenium, which comprises the steps of: germinating green vegetables in a culture medium and making the same grow up for 2 to 6 weeks; and adding 0.2 to 6.0 g of one or more among sodium selenite and a hydrate thereof, and sodium selenate and a pentahydrate thereof per 100 L of the culture medium, and cultivating the green vegetables in a plant factory for 2 to 8 weeks under the growing environment (Temperature of 18 to 30°C, carbon dioxide concentration of 600±50 ppm, humidity of 60 to 75%) to make selenium ingredient organo-modified and contained in plant tissues. Through processing the cultivated green vegetables into a powder and ingesting the powder, all kinds of diseases caused by selenium deficits can be prevented and treated, and immunity can be strengthened. |
