The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, relieving, or treating inflammation, pain and sputum, and more specifically, to a composition containing extracts of Lonicera japonica Thunb, lappa fruit, and scutellaria as active ingredients for preventing, relieving or treating inflammation, pain and sputum. The present invention contains as technological characteristics mixed extract powder composed of 3-15 parts by weight of Lonicera japonica Thunb, and 1-5 parts by weight of lappa fruit, and extract powder composed of 4-20 parts by weight of scutellaria in a weight ratio of 1:1 to 1:3. The present invention has effects of relieving inflammatory, hyperalgesia, allodynia, and formalin-induced pain, and of discharging phlegm. The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, relieving or treating inflammation, pain and sputum based on the experiment results using animal models with regard to inflammation, hyperalgesia, allodynia, and phlegm.
