<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stapler having staple legs not overlapped with each other when staples each having a long leg are used, and the stapler having a narrower staple leg interval. <P>SOLUTION: The stapler includes: a pair of clinchers 20L and 20R bending the legs penetrating through paper sheets; and a partition plate 26 partitioning the clinchers 20L and 20R. In the upper surface facing the leg of the staple of the clincher 20L, a clincher surface 20La sloped in a direction descending toward the clincher 20R is formed, while in the upper surface facing the leg of the staple of the clincher 20R, a clincher surface 20Ra sloped in a direction descending toward the clincher 20L is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
