<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use incineration ash as a cement raw material at a low cost while keeping stable operation of an apparatus for using the incineration ash as the cement raw material.SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for using the incineration ash as the cement raw material includes: a slurrification unit 2 for slurrifying the incineration ash by adding water W to main ash BA1 or mixed ash of the main ash with fly ash; a sorting unit 3 for sorting the slurry S1 discharged from the slurrification unit into coarse particles BA2 and fine particle-containing slurry S2; a first dissolution tank 4 in which acid is added to the fine particle-containing slurry separated in the sorting unit and the pH of the acid-added slurry is adjusted to decompose poorly-soluble salt; a second dissolution tank 5 in which fly ash FA is added to the slurry S3 discharged from the first dissolution tank and the pH of the fly ash-added slurry S4 is adjusted to 9.5-11; and a solid-liquid separation unit 6 for subjecting the slurry S5 discharged from the second dissolution tank to solid-liquid separation. The cake C separated by the solid-liquid separation unit is used as the cement raw material.</p> |
