PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform maintenance of a building by means of an ascent/descent scaffold without restrictions on stability of a mast and a position to put up the mast.SOLUTION: A fixing member 130 is provided on a side wall 101 of a building 100 in the state of being lifted from ground 500. The fixing member 130 is provided with a fixing bracket 132. A mast 200 is erected on the fixing member 130, and its lower end is fixed to the fixing bracket 132. A scaffold 210 for lifting/lowering the mast 200 is mounted on the mast 200, and a worker performs maintenance work thereon. |
